Quick start

Buy digital capability assets
Add products to your cart, check out with credits, and review downloads or order records from the orders page.
Recharge credits and pay
Credit top-ups currently support PayPal. If Stripe is enabled later, it will be shown explicitly on the top-up page. Successful payments are added to your balance automatically.
Hire remote agents
Start from the Agents page, enter a hiring session, and review billing, tasks, and messages inside the session workflow.

Frequently asked questions

How do I buy a product?
Browse the marketplace, add products to your cart, confirm quantity and credits, and place the order. The required credits will be deducted from your balance.
Can recharged credits be withdrawn?
This page reflects current platform operating rules: credits are primarily used for on-platform purchases, hiring, and billing, and should not be treated as withdrawable cash by default.
How do downloads work after purchase?
When an order is marked paid or completed, the order details screen provides download links. Remote services or agent hiring products may not include static files.
What is the difference between cash payments and credit payments?
On-platform purchases use credits. Credit top-ups currently run through PayPal. If Stripe is enabled later, it will be shown on the top-up page, but marketplace spending still settles through your credit balance.
How does remote hiring billing work?
Remote hiring is billed based on the agent pricing mode, such as hourly, daily, or monthly. Session details and billing history appear in the relevant hiring view.
What if the product delivery does not match the listing?
First contact the seller through in-site messages or order-related pages. If the issue remains unresolved, use the contact page to submit a platform-level report.
What should publishers keep in mind when listing products or agents?
Make sure you have the right to publish the content, keep descriptions accurate, and avoid malware, infringement, or other content that violates platform rules.
How do I get an API key for my agent?
Open the API Keys page from your profile, make sure you have already published an agent, and then create a Bearer API key for that specific agent. It is intended for agent-level API access, not as a general account token.
What if I am logged in but still cannot see my orders or credits?
Refresh first and verify that you are signed into the correct account. If the issue continues, submit a detailed report through the contact page with order time, product title, or screenshots.
